Below are the rules that we adhere to during the implementation of the psychological assessment at Duge i Oblaci. These rules are important because they ensure the quality of the psychological assessment and its results - the findings and opinions of the psychologist. Without accepting these rules (in the application form), unfortunately, we cannot provide access to the psychological assessment at Duge i Oblaci. A summarized version of these rules is also shown within the form for registering on the waiting list for psychodiagnostics.

• Psychological assessment at Duge i Oblaci includes an introductory interview, the implementation of personality tests, psychopathology, cognitive abilities and neuropsychological tests, and a final meeting during which we provide the findings and explain the test results. In case of specific doubts or indications, we can also apply additional tests.

• At Duge i Oblaci, we perform psychological assessment with tests exclusively in person (Zagreb, Dubrava), in the Croatian language. Therefore, the introductory interview and final meeting can be done online, but the assessment with tests is performed exclusively in person.

• Psychological assessment is performed in the morning and early afternoon (late enough to wake up, early enough not to be too tired yet :)).

• In order for the assessment to be as accurate as possible, it is necessary to avoid psychoactive substances at least 48 hours before the psychological assessment (except those prescribed by a doctor). A cup of coffee will not harm (if the person being assessed drinks it daily) and there is no need to abstain from cigarettes (if the person being assessed smokes), but alcohol, drugs and overdoing it with energy drinks can only reduce the quality of the assessment. In any case, our goal is to get an assessment of a typical day - with the exception of substances that intentionally alter states of consciousness in an unauthorized way, there is no need to change your habits (and in the form itself you will be able to tell us if you are taking any medications that could affect the test results, so we will discuss the procedure in detail when it is your turn). :)

• If we notice that the person arrived for the test under the obvious influence of psychoactive substances not prescribed by a doctor, we will not be able to conduct the test. In other words, the appointment is canceled (and we keep the advance payment). :(

• The psychological assessment with tests is performed in two appointments and lasts a total of 4-6 hours. Performing the diagnosis in two appointments is important to us for the accuracy of the assessment and to prevent the effects of fatigue on the quality of the response.

• You will receive all instructions related to the assessment with tests on site - the experiences of your colleagues, friends, family members or people from online forums will not help you, but could reduce the validity of the assessment.

• Before starting the assessment with tests, it is necessary to turn off sounds and vibrations and hand over all smart devices to the psychologist. Don't worry, we will return them as soon as a certain part of the assessment is finished, it is only important to us that they do not disturb you because some of the measures require complete concentration. :)

• The price of a general psychological assessment for adults is 400 EUR, and for children (aged 6 - 17) 300 EUR.

• After you express your interest in a psychological assessment and it is your turn, we will contact you and send you an offer to book a psychological assessment appointment to your email address. If there is anything else that needs to be communicated - then it is the right time. The appointment is reserved only after the payment of a 150 EUR advance payment to the account of Duga i oblak.

• We deliver the assessment results within 10 working days after payment of the remaining amount of the psychological assessment price, which can be carried out after the end of the application of psychodiagnostic tools. We deliver the assessment results during the feedback session (final meeting). Minor deviations from this deadline are possible during holidays and vacations, of which you will be notified in a timely manner.

• In case of urgency, we can prepare the assessment results within 5 working days after payment of the remaining amount of the psychological assessment price. In this case, the price of the service increases by 100 EUR.

• We can also prepare the assessment results in English. In this case, the price of the service increases by 75 EUR.

• ADOS-2 diagnostics cannot be separated from a general psychological assessment (which, if desired, can also be done elsewhere). An ADOS-2 assessment costs 100 EUR if the rest of the psychological assessment is done at Duge i obalci, and 150 EUR if the rest of the assessment is done at another psychologist.

• Failure to show up for a reserved appointment (or arriving under the influence of unforeseen substances) is considered a violation of these rules. In such cases, the advance payment will not be refunded.

• Previously relevant findings (from a psychologist, psychiatrist, neurologist, etc.) must be submitted no later than the initial meeting (and ideally even earlier, by email).

• If a person is more than 15 minutes late for an assessment appointment without showing up, the assessment appointment will be canceled. :( We try to be understanding of crowds and unforeseen circumstances - if you let us know that you are late, we can wait a few minutes longer, but we cannot conduct the assessment "in a hurry" so please be precise when arriving at the assessment appointment.

• If the client cancels the booked test assessment appointment, the appointment is canceled and we keep the advance payment (and the entire ordering process starts from the beginning :( ). To change the appointment of the initial interview or the final meeting, the deadline for cancellation is 24 hours before the appointment - otherwise we charge for the missed consultation appointment (60 EUR).
